GIST ANNOUNCEMENT – 

This past summer we shacked up with Mike Bridgett at The Monster House to record three new Gist tracks: Thrasher, 4762, and Measuring Space. Each song, by evidence of the EP’s title, coalesce thematically by describing abuse of power in the work place, as well as within relationships.

The last few songs we wrote for our debut album “The Vanity of Self Loathing” (via Strange View) were moving in a more sonically cohesive direction, and I personally feel like musically and lyrically, this is one of our most realized versions of Gist to date.

We will be releasing “Working Relationship” digitally on 10/31/25 (spooky) via @ninelegrecords , and we will be releasing a limited run of 7″ records at our EP release show on Thursday, 11/6/25 at Wax Atlas. There will be less than 30 available at the door, first come first serve.
